My WAND speaker isn’t showing up when trying to setup the speaker with the Google Home app, how do I fix this?

• Check to see if the LED on top of the speaker is pulsing white.
• If you’re using an iOS device, check your Wi-Fi settings and navigate to the area that says “Setup an AirPlay speaker” to see if the speaker shows up there.
• For Android devices, check your Wi-Fi settings to see if the speaker appears there. Make sure that you and your setup device are in the same room as the speaker that you’re attempting to add to your network.

If the LED is pulsing white but the speaker is still not showing up, please contact RIVA Support for further assistance.
