What if I cannot see my speakers in the Spotify app?

First, turn your source device OFF and the back ON. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, reset the Wi-Fi router by turning it OFF, waiting 30 seconds and then turning it back ON. If this does not resolve the issue, reset the speaker by pressing and holding the Play/Pause and << buttons for 3 seconds until the LED ring flashes BLUE, then let go. After a few seconds, the BLUE light will come back on. Then it will begin to pulse. Wait for the pulsing BLUE LED light to turn to a pulsing WHITE light. It is now ready to be added to your Wi-Fi network. Reconnect the speaker to the network.
