I've connected my speaker to my TV but don't hear any sound, what is wrong?

When connecting a Voice Series speaker to your TV, you may need to go into the audio settings for your TV. Make sure that "stereo" is selected for the type of signal being output, and that Dolby 5.1 is disabled. If a Dolby 5.1 signal is sent to your Voice Series speaker you may not hear any sound from the speaker.
